The average processing time is 2 to 4 business days; however, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. 

To provide the best value, our standard method is economy shipping (please expect the delivery to arrive 7-21 business days typically). Should you have any specific shipping requirements or instructions, please reach out to our team directly so we can accommodate your needs.

All sales are final, and we do not accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges. 

Order cancellations or modifications must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

However, if there is something wrong with your order, we would be more than happy to help!

In the event of an order combination where you would like multiple orders to be shipped in a single package, please note that we only allow no more than 2 orders to be combined at once. If more than two orders are placed at once, we will only combine 2 orders into one. Order combinations are also done in the sequence in which the orders are placed; for example, if 3 orders are placed at once, we will only be able to combine the first 2, and the third will be shipped separately.

In the event that your order arrives damaged or not to your satisfaction in any way, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order at order@healingpapers.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
