Shipping & Returns
Shipping & Returns
- The average processing time is 2 to 4 business days; however, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc.
- To provide the best value, our standard method is economy shipping (please expect the delivery to arrive 7-21 business days typically). Should you have any specific shipping requirements or instructions, please reach out to our team directly so we can accommodate your needs.
- All sales are final, and we do not accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges.
- Order cancellations or modifications must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
- However, if there is something wrong with your order, we would be more than happy to help!
- In the event of an order combination where you would like multiple orders to be shipped in a single package, please note that we only allow no more than 2 orders to be combined at once. If more than two orders are placed at once, we will only combine 2 orders into one.
Order combinations are also done in the sequence in which the orders are placed; for example, if 3 orders are placed at once, we will only be able to combine the first 2, and the third will be shipped separately. - In the event that your order arrives damaged or not to your satisfaction in any way, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order at order@healingpapers.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
